Make sure that you dial indicate the fan hub to the motor to ensure vibration free operation.  You can review the steps here: http://www.edmheli.ca/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1206822997

My preference is to use Red Loctite on these screws

The stainless seesaw screws were a problem area for me as the screws only thread in halfway into the seesaw.  I used a longer set of black hardened screws and grinded them to a depth that would not bind the flybar when installed in the seesaw.  The screws are then installed and secured with Red Loctite to ensure a maintence free connection.

Step 5-1 comes pre-assembled.  Make sure you remove the set screw from the pulley to double check that it has been Loctited.

Use Red Loctite on the 20mm bolt, or find a longer bolt and secure the end with a lock nut.

This is the upgraded thrust bearing tail.  As you can see it is another high quality machined part.  I interchange between stock and upgrade between my crashes and rebuilds and the performance between the two are identical.
